Welcome to use BEEPRT printer:
1.Download the User Tools from Button:
2.Please connect the printer power cord. Then plug in the USB cable. And Turn On the printer. Correctly installing label paper!
3.Install and open the user tool home page, you can follow the guidance of customer service to set up or test your printer.
Common problems:
1) When the button of your printer flashes red and keeps producing paper, click: "Learn paper"
2) When your printer prints very slowly, click: "Restore factory".
