1.Please ensure the printer is Turn Off.
2.Please connect the printer power cord. Then plug in the USB cable. And Turn On the printer. Correctly installing label paper!
Follow the video below to install the label paper correctly. Make sure your label paper is installed correctly (with the printing layer right on top), otherwise the printer may not be able to print out the contents.

3.Download the printer driver from Button:
4.Open the driver file and follow the prompts to install the printer driver. (You can also watch the demo video)
5.Now, printer driver installed successfully and you can print test page.
