If your printer has been successfully connected to your computer. Let us start to install the printer driver on Windows now. It supports printer models: RH-40 and RH-40BT.
⚠️The printer is compatible with windows 7 or later, not compatible with Chromebook,Linux,Windows ARM system.
✔️ Step 1.Please download driver from this link , or click the attachment end of this document.
✔️ Step 2. Power on printer,and connect to your computer by USB port.
✅ Open download file and click "Next" button to continue.
✅ Pls click "Next Step" button to continue.
✅Select USB port by default, then click "Next Step".
✅ It can detect USB port automatically, if not, you can click on "Get USB Port" butoon.
✅ Driver installation completed.
✅ Find the printer driver in "Settings" ➡️ "Devices" ➡️ "Printers & Scanners".
✅ Click "Manage".
✅ Click "Print a test page".
✅ If the printer successfully prints the test page, the printer driver installation is complete.
